RPU HARVESTAMA MAROS ENTRUSTS LPH UIN ALAUDDIN

In an effort to support the central BPJPH policy ahead of the arrival of the first phase of mandatory halal targeting business actors at the upstream level. LPH UIN Alauddin Makassar intensively conducts socialization and communication with various business actors, especially those engaged in the slaughtering service sector in South Sulawesi. The effort also bore sweet fruit, one of the RPUs finally returned to entrust the assistance of its halal certification business to LPH UIN Alauddin Makassar.  Friday, August 30, 2024, LPH UIN Alauddin Makassar finally came down to conduct a field audit at one of the RPUs in Maros Regency, South Sulawesi. At the RPU, LPH sent an auditor, Mrs. Irmawati, S.Pt., MP accompanied by Mr. Dirhamzah who is one of the Sharia HR at LPH UIN Alauddin Makassar.  This field audit will be conducted at RPU Harvestama Jaya Raharja whose production location is located in the Pattene Business Park Area, Marusu District, Maros Regency. RPU Harvestama is one of the medium-scale poultry slaughtering businesses in Maros Regency.  RPU Harvestama Jaya Raharja is the umpteenth RPU that has entrusted the management of its halal certification to be audited and assisted by LPH UIN Alauddin Makassar.  Having received trust from PU like this, the Chairperson of LPH, Mrs. Cut Mutiahdin advised all of her auditors who went into the field to work professionally and provide the best service and assistance to business actors in accordance with applicable procedures and provisions. Furthermore, she appealed to all business actors, especially those engaged in slaughtering services in the province of South Sulawesi to immediately take care of halal certificates before the mandatory halal comes into effect on October 18, 2024. Furthermore, the woman who is familiarly called Ibu Cut also invited business actors to entrust her assistance, one of which is to the Halal Inspection Institution that she leads, LPH UIN Alauddin Makassar.
