Responsibilities of the Management

1. Leading, guiding, and establishing policies, as well as coordinating and overseeing the implementation of tasks within LPH UIN Alauddin Makassar.
2. Establishing regulations, guidelines, technical instructions, and standard operating procedures for LPH UIN Alauddin Makassar.
3. Planning and implementing programs/activities for LPH UIN Alauddin Makassar.
4. Approving proposed activity programs for each division within LPH UIN Alauddin Makassar.
5. Appointing and issuing task letters for committees involved in ongoing activities at LPH UIN Alauddin Makassar.
6. Conducting evaluations and monitoring the progress of ongoing work programs at LPH UIN Alauddin Makassar.
7. Managing and following up on evaluation results within LPH UIN Alauddin Makassar.

1. Supervising the audit implementation conducted by Halal Auditors.
2. Proposing Halal Auditors for audits to the Head of PPH.
3. Ensuring the quality of audit results.
4. Reporting audit findings to the Head of PPH.
5. Conducting examinations of materials/products suspected of non-halal compliance in laboratory units according to the scope of testing.
6. Reporting laboratory examination results to the Head of PPH.
7. Performing internal audits.

1. Providing fiqh and sharia considerations before audits, inspections, and tests for business operators (users).
2. Offering fiqh and sharia considerations in decision-making regarding audit, inspection, and testing results from business operators (users).

1. Inspecting and reviewing the materials used.
2. Examining and reviewing product processing procedures.
3. Assessing the slaughtering system.
4. Investigating product locations.
5. Inspecting production equipment, production spaces, and storage.
6. Reviewing product distribution and presentation.
7. Evaluating the Halal Assurance System of business operators.
8. Reporting the results of inspections and/or tests to LPH UIN Alauddin Makassar.

1. Designing and operating information systems that connect LPH with BPJPH.
2. Managing web-based facilities for the Halal Center and other coordinating centers.
3. Managing postings for information dissemination and public awareness for Alauddin Halal Center at UIN Alauddin Makassar.
4. Ensuring the confidentiality of documents archived in the Halal Center UIN Alauddin’s drive/email.
5. Monitoring and inputting data for online certification services;
6. Creating a database of business operators or users processed by LPH UIN Alauddin Makassar.
7. Coordinating with the Head or all Centers within Alauddin Halal Center to provide public information on work programs/activities.
